LEGAL ADVICE & SUPPORT

Community legal clinics can offer free assistance with WSIB matters. Most legal clinics can provide legal advice, brief services and legal information to injured workers, and in some cases can provide legal representation (to those who meet Legal Aid Ontario's financial eligibility guidelines). Legal clinics usually provide services only to clients who live within geographic boundaries, but all legal clinics will do their best to make referrals to other resources if they are unable to help.
